Your coach will document the entire process and provide raw photos and videos after the course.

Included Gear
Full diving equipment:
Wetsuit, booties, mask, fins, BCD, regulator, tanks, weights, dive computer
(You will be charged for lost or damaged equipment)


What to Bring
Swimwear (or water-friendly clothing), water bottle, towel, change of clothes, plastic bag
⚠️ Motion sickness pills: Recommended for those prone to seasickness. Take 30 minutes before the activity if unsure.

Meal options include omnivore or lacto-ovo vegetarian. Vegan meals are not provided, but vegan options may be available depending on the kitchen.

Important Notes
  • Participants must be at least 10 years old and in good health. Click here for the Medical Statement
  • Participants under 18 must have a consent form signed by a legal guardian. Registration Form
  • A valid diver certification is required.
  • Please bring your own swimsuit, change of clothes, towel, plastic bag, and seasickness medicine.
  • Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, or who are pregnant are not recommended to join. (If participation is insisted, a doctor’s approval letter is required.)
  • Meals provided are meat-based or lacto-ovo vegetarian. (Strict vegans must prepare their own food; the kitchen may be available during free time.)
